Welcome to Talk Therapy with Tiffany

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I have significant experience providing therapy to adolescents, adults, and couples in a variety of settings. My work in group homes, in-home crisis services, schools, alcohol and drug programs, and private practice has exposed me to different social and emotional challenges over the years.

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Theory, and The Gottman Method for therapy sessions. My goal is to help you reach your own personal goals in therapy, whether that may be to have a better understanding of self, a better acceptance of self, and learn healthier ways of thinking and coping during stressful situations. As for my work with Couples, I can help improve your level of intimacy and deepen the bond between you and your partner.

If you want to take therapy out of the office, I can help. With my extensive experience in fieldwork as a therapist, I am dedicated to empowering my clients to boost their confidence and competence in daily life. Regardless of your age or symptoms, it is crucial to have healthy outlets and know how to function in the community. Anxiety and depression can hinder independence and the exploration of healthy activities in the community. I offer support through Exposure Hands-On Therapy, where I join you in the real world to discover and engage in hobbies and interests that resonate with you.

I know the transformational significance and value of being seen, heard and understood. With Empathy, a non-judgmental attitude and a genuine interest in getting to know you, I want to help guide you during this time. I offer in person, virtual, Walk and Talk Therapy and Exposure Hands On Therapy.
